Taoism is a map of life. 
It shows us how chi flows through the universe, through our bodies and through all of our life experiences. 
It offers us techniques to harness that chi and enhance its flow. 
The Tao can be applied to all areas of our life, from the physical to the spiritual.
The Tao is the web that weaves it all together.


Instead of running around in circles, we can use each turn of the wheel of life to grow and develop. If we learn from our experiences, we will rise up in consciousness. Energy begins to spiral and grow. Then life becomes a spiral dance.....

Shashi

Shashi is a Universal Healing Tao Instructor (teaching for Master Mantak Chia) and Osho Sanyassin. She teaches workshops in many areas of Taoism, including chi gung, breathwork, nutrition, healing and sexual practices. Shashi currently lives and works at Tao Garden, Mantak Chia's resort in Chiang Mai Thailand.
